How to Rank on Google Search – Discover The Ranking Secret!
There are several proven ways to Rank on Google Search. Learning how to do them, will greatly benefit your online business and exposed to more organic traffic. The method to this is usually called SEO or Search Engine Optimization. If you don’t know what it is, see the image below :
The easy term for SEO would be “A set of practice to make your content(blog post/page) rank high on Search Engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing” Typically, you want to be on the first page. This way you will get the maximum traffic to your site 🙂
How the Heck Can we Do So?
Here I will be giving you the steps and requirements to get ranked easily on search engines especially Google.
You have probably heard things like buying backlinks or black hat SEO. These two are NOT a good practice. It might work for few days, but Google and other search engine companies will catch your website and smack it down or even remove it forever. So please, don’t do them!
Now you understand the bad approach. It is time to show you the proper one, starting from the critical requirement:
Low Competition Keywords
Having a low competition keywords is the core beginning to your successful ranking on Google. You can’t fight with people that have more authoritative website than yours. (You won’t wait for years to get ranked for it). The trick is getting longer keywords and low traffic volume. By doing this, you can accelerate your ranking very fast.
Here I will show you my blogpost I wrote about 2 months ago and it get ranked currently under 6th position in 1st page of Google Search using the keyword “Online Marketing Success Group”:
I never expect it to rank that fast. If you see the date of it and this article, it has been only 2 months. Normally, it will take beyond 3 months to rank on 1st page of Google. It also might rank higher or lower in the future. Do NOT just take my words, go ahead and check it yourself 🙂
Have you checked it? Tell me later on the comment below, I promise to give you more proof. But for now, I will show you my technique to get Low Competition Keywords.
Alphabet Soup Technique
This is not really mine, but I learnt it from my mentor. You can find him on Wealthy Affiliate platform. Okay. This technique is simple and I bet you have used it often when you do a search on Google. See the image below:
This is the easiest way to get keyword ideas for your campaign. By simply typing few words, Google will recommend other related ones that are most searched on their search engine.
Next is to Check the Competition
After we get some keyword ideas, it’s time to check the competition accurately! For doing this, I am personally using Jaaxy Keyword Tool, this tool is powerful and accurate for our keyword research. See the image below for the keyword “Online Marketing Success Group“:
- Avg is the average monthly searches. So there are 132 people typing this words on Google search bar every month.
- QSR is the competition. Currently, there are just 26 competitors under my keyword. That’s GREAT!
Tips: As long as your AVG is over 50 and QSR below 300, you are good to go 🙂
Give it a try here using Jaaxy:
What’s Next?
The next thing you want to do, is creating your quality content! This means to write a blogpost or a page within your website and do the SEO! There are 10 important rules to this that I have covered in How to Improve SEO Ranking blogpost. What I covered there are:
- Keywords in Title
- Keywords in Meta Description
- Headlines (H1 or H2)

Hello Justine,
When doing a keyword research, we must think the way our audience think. This way will bring tons of idea what they are going to type on the search bar. Once we have list of keywords, putting it into Jaaxy and analyze the monthly searches and competition. These two all we need to care of. As long as the monthly searches is above 50 and the competition is below 300, then you are good to go 🙂
